Funds from the annual Women’s Expo were donated to the following community programs: (Funds donated range from $500 to $2000.)

2008
The Crittenton Center
The Crittenton Center has evolved to meet the needs of children and families.
Donation provided for the crisis nursery.

2007
MassMutual Financial Group: Discover the Real World Project for Girls.
A community project focusing on girls ages 12 – 15 to select careers and to learn about money management. Donations needed to provide tee shirts and refreshments.

2006
YWCA Day Care Program
A community program in need of money for educational materials for children.

2005
First United Methodist Church: Fish & Loaves Program
A community program which provides food for homeless individuals. Monetary donations needed to purchase food.

2004
Center for Prevention of Women Abuse
A program which provides shelter, counseling and educational programs for abused women and children in the tri-county area. Program in need of pajamas for women for safe sleeping.

2003
Carver’s Community Senior’s Food Program
A program which provides hot meals for seniors in the community. Monetary donations needed to purchase food.

Tri-County Urban League (TSTM) Program:
Tomorrow’s Scientists, Technicians and Managers
A community program which provides education, speakers, workshops and college tours for students in high school. Program in need of money for educational initiatives.
